As a Program Manager at Instacart, I was brought in to lead the corporate website program, streamlining processes and overseeing everything from RFPs to agency management.

By partnering with with teams across the organization, I was able to define a new website strategy and workflow. Optimizing our programs, consolidating agency spend and ultimately reducing overall company spend on the website by 25% without compromising the quality of work.

Since then, my role has grown to overseeing the creative programs for B2B and Co-Marketing departments, collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Channel teams to craft and execute impactful go-to-market strategies.

My favorite part: working with incredible and talented people!!

Freelance Marketing Specialist

As a freelancer, I've had the pleasure of working with clients across multiple industries in both Marketing Specialist and Program Management capacities. My freelance work has allowed me to flex in all kinds of areas to help clients achieve their goals.

At the heart of my work, I developed and executed innovative marketing strategies for GTM launches and campaigns, helping clients increase their engagement rate by 66%.

In addition to marketing strategy work, I built and managed teams of content creators to execute strategy, manage content and create program workflows for teams to do their best work more efficiently.

I've helped small agencies build their programs and workflows to scale. Businesses build stronger brands and content engines to bring more customers into their funnel. And had a blast in the process!

The highlight: helping clients who can't afford agency prices get what they need to scale their business.

2017-2023

Account Direction and Program Management

In my time at Liquid Agency and CMD, I've navigated a diverse and exciting path. With roles in both Program Management and Account leadership I drove cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful brand experiences for both B2B and B2C companies from brand strategy and design, integrated campaign development, production, web development and more.

As an Associate Account Director, I was at the helm of cross-functional teams, crafting unique brand experiences that spanned from strategy to web development. Managing a substantial $4M budget, I had a knack for balancing the books while fueling creativity and maximizing ROI. My role involved not just overseeing financials, but also steering teams toward workflow innovations and process enhancements.

My tenure here allowed me to build and nurture client relationships as the bridge between creative teams and clients, ensuring every project from social media campaigns to C-Suite communications was a hit. This role was all about leading with a mix of strategic insight and a personal touch, always aiming to grow accounts and bring fresh ideas to the table.

On the Program Management team, juggling over 35 projects simultaneously was my norm. Made possible by maintaining strict schedules, tracking project progress meticulously, and guiding a team that included a Project Coordinator and Junior PMs.

My favorite memory: Building the internship program and guiding a group of interns as they learned the ropes of agency life. The best.
